GENEVA, Ohio — Even frequent travelers can experience that temporary madness known as cabin fever when the icy grip of an Ohio winter takes firm hold. I felt a little trepidation — and a strong sense that I was going in the wrong direction — when I put the sun in my rearview mirror and headed (slowly and carefully) north, up snow-covered and wind-whipped roads to Ohio’s premier wine country in the Grand River Valley in the state’s northeastern corner.
