Indiana State Hires Toledo Assistant To Take Over Women's Basketball

CARBONDALE — Indiana State has hired Vicki Hall, the associate head coach at the University of Toledo, as its new women's basketball coach, according to the Terre Haute (Indiana) Tribune Star.
