India's Supreme Court Considers Petition To Transfer Rape Trial

NEW DELHI (Reuters) - India's Supreme Court will hear a petition on Tuesday by one of the five men charged with the gang rape and murder of a student in a bus to shift the case out of the capital on grounds that the atmosphere was too surcharged to ensure a fair trial.
