Republican Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton, facing multiple counts of fraud as the state's chief legal officer, will reportedly take time out of his busy defense schedule today to announce that he’s suing the Obama administration over transgender bathroom use. President Obama wants trans students to have a choice. Paxton wants to reserve the right to discriminate against trans students. The attorney general has scheduled a 2 p.m.
