KINGSTON – A fight between two inmates at the Ulster County Jail resulted in an assault charge against one of them.The Ulster County Sheriff’s Office said an investigation into the April 17 fight found that Dimetri Moseley, 22, of Poughkeepsie, struck the other inmate with a broom handle, causing injuries to his head and arm.
