IOWA CITY — Police are seeking information from the public after a man was reportedly shot in the groin early Tuesday.According to an Iowa City police news release, the victim, who arrived at Mercy Medical Center in Iowa City at about 4 a.m. Tuesday, said he was approached by a man who pointed a handgun at him.
