DES MOINES, Iowa (AP) — The owner of a popular Des Moines pharmacy will likely serve up to 37 months in prison for illegally selling tens of thousands of addictive painkillers to drug abusers. An attorney representing Mark Graziano, 53, said Tuesday that his client plans to plead guilty to two of the 18 federal charges filed against him as part of a deal with prosecutors. The deal would mean prosecutors will recommend a sentence of 24 to 37 months in a federal prison camp. Kirby Small, an admitted drug user who called state regulators in 2011, was hoping to get back at Michael Enloe, his former friend who is also charged in the drug conspiracy case.
