Iowa reported 1,359 new positive COVID-19 cases and 62 confirmed death in the 24-hour period ending at 11 a.m. Wednesday, according to data from the Iowa Department of Public Health.The new numbers come as President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris were sworn into office in Washington, D.C. and just one day after the U.S.
