Irish Government In Chaos After Mass Cabinet Resignations

DUBLIN (Reuters) - Irish Prime Minister Brian Cowen's surprise plan to reshuffle his cabinet weeks before a general election risked backfiring badly on Thursday with coalition partners and backbenchers fuming over the move.
