James A. Garfield National Historic Site Plans 2 Concerts

James A. Garfield National Historic Site in Mentor has announce two upcoming outdoor concerts. The first will be at 2 p.m., July 29, as the site will welcome the Lake Effect Concert Band, part of the Snowbelt Musical Arts Association in Chardon. The band is familiar with many of the marches and patriotic songs of the last 130 years, including many that President Garfield knew and enjoyed, according to a press release.
