Former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush (R) engaged in an emotional exchange Wednesday night with a Syrian-American woman who said her family had recently fled the four-plus-year-old civil war in the country. The woman, who was identified as Nora Barré, stood up at a Bush town hall event in New Hampshire on Wednesday night and asked him about his plan to accept refugees from the war-torn country.
