All southbound lanes of Interstate 295 on the Buckman Bridge are blocked by an accident that has injured at least three people, one of whom was ejected from a vehicle and thrown into the St. Johns River, according to Jacksonville fire department spokesman Tom Francis. Francis did not know how many vehicle were involved, but said that the person who was thrown into the water was rescued by civilians, so their marine unit was not needed.
