Joe T. Bishop, 87, passed away on Tuesday, June 19, 2018 at his residence surrounded by his loving family. He was born on July 17, 1930 and resided in Kingsport most of his life. He worked and retired from Tennessee Eastman Company. Joe enjoyed being on the lake, fishing, playing his guitars, working with his flowers and spending time with family and friends. He was a member of Heritage First Church of God where he taught Men’s Sunday School Class. Joe was preceded in death by his parents, John C.
