The movie is set to begin filming in Vancouver, Canada, on Sept. 29, according to a press release issued earlier this week by producers Marro Films on the website comingsoon.net. "The film spotlights a crew of eccentric linemen who do the dangerous high-wire work of fixing the electrical grid, struggle to hold on to the women they love, until a massive storm threatens to rip their lives apart," according to the release. Hardin County Judge Billy Caraway said his office has not cleared filming either, though he noted the county does not require people to get approval to film in rural areas.
