PROVIDENCE, R.I. (AP) — A Rhode Island man has pleaded no contest to charges he collected unemployment insurance benefits while he was working.Attorney General Peter Kilmartin said Wednesday the case against 50-year-old David Bassett has been continued for one year because Bassett paid full restitution of $18,777 at the time of his plea.
