A McHenry County Judge on Thursday ruled in favor of a Woodstock man and accused murderer, who said police continued to interrogate him after he requested to speak with an attorney. During a July 5, 2017, interview with Woodstock police, 37-year-old Victor Romero-Palos said to a detective, "OK. I want to talk to an attorney," McHenry County Judge James Cowlin said in court Thursday.
