Judge Approves Dickey Withdrawing From Piner Case

HOLLIDAYSBURG - Blair County defense attorney Tom Dickey received permission Friday to withdraw as counsel for Stephen M. Piner, who entered guilty pleas to drug offenses last February and was sentenced to a 20-year minimum prison term.
