The annual Holiday Lighting Contest sponsored by the Painesville Community Improvement Corp. will be 6 to 8 p.m., Dec. 12. City of Painesville residents with decorated homes are encouraged to have their lights on during this time for judging. PCIC members will be driving throughout the city and will select residential and commercial winners in each of the four wards.
