ROME, Ga. — A police spokesman says a juvenile has been charged in the death of another Georgia teen after a game called “jump the car” turned deadly. Jerome Poole, a spokesman for the Floyd County Police Department, tells the Rome News-Tribune an unidentified juvenile was charged Thursday with felony vehicular homicide, reckless driving and violation of his provisional license.
