Thunder fans at Chesapeake Energy Arena cheered for the Knicks forward well before he was introduced with the starting lineup, then roared when he was. His first game back in Oklahoma City since the Thunder traded him, along with teammate Doug McDermott to New York for Carmelo Anthony, featured the sort of warm welcome he'd expected from fans.
