Katy Man Pleads Guilty To Falsifying Tax Returns, Wire Fraud

A man arrested and indicted in November 2016 for stealing money from bank accounts and filing false tax returns entered a guilty plea Monday to the charges against him, the U.S. Attorney's Office announced.
