UPPER DARBY >> Kent Road residents double-teamed council at a recent meeting seeking a better quality of life for their block.The two residents complained about illegal parking by worshipers at a mosque located a couple of blocks away.One resident cited late-night sex, drugs and thefts from cars allegedly committed by patrons of a local hookah bar, on the corner at Marshall Road, opened limited night time into early morning hours.
