NEW HAVEN>> Eleven-year-old Chyna Watts wants to make sure the homeless are warm for the winter. That's why she and youth of Kidz Kook Inc., participated in a blanket give-away Sunday on the city's Green. "We're fortunate to be able to help other people, because we have homes and a place to stay warm and they don't," said Chyna, a student at Elm City Middle School.
