JOHNSON CITY – Mandy Nutter says attending East Tennessee State University has become a family tradition. She and her seven siblings, as well as her mother, have all attended the university, and on May 4, Mandy received her bachelor’s degree in biology. The journey hasn’t been easy, but it has been rewarding. Four years ago, the Dobyns-Bennett High School graduate was selected to join the Roan Scholars Leadership Program.
