Nuggets center Nikola Jokic is the most valuable player of the NBA. Not too shabby. But if given his druthers, he’d rather be invisible. “I would rather nobody knows me than everybody knows me,” Jokic said Wednesday, during a teleconference with reporters from around the globe. Jokic is not only the most improbable MVP in league history, there might not be a player in the NBA less concerned about building his brand. Newsflash: Joker is not LeBron. The Italian paparazzi snapped photos of King James shirtless on a yacht favored by the rich and ostentatious, like rock star Bono, while the Lakers superstar sailed near the Isle of Capri during the offseason. And where was Jokic?
