Kitchen Smoke At Prison Delays Feast For Inmates

At 11 a.m., prison staff had finished cooking the hams in a rotisserie oven - part of a holiday meal for inmates at the Reverend C.A. Holliday Transfer Facility - when smoke started filling the kitchen. Prison officials called the Huntsville fire department, said Jason Clark, a spokesman for the Texas Department of Criminal Justice.
