The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force is offering a reward for information leading to the capture of Malik Shabazz Baldwin of Akron. He is accused of murder following a June 6 shooting that took place outside a home in the 800 block of Sumner Street. LeMichael Stevenson, 24, who was on the front porch, was killed. Baldwin, 26, is described as a black man about 5-foot-10 and 190 pounds.
