Jason Langdon, the man who escaped from a Maine State Police cruiser while still in handcuffs in Chelsea Wednesday, has been captured. An unsuspecting motorist gave Langdon a ride to Portland and dropped him off at a homeless shelter, according to a press release from Stephen McCausland, spokesman for the Maine Department of Public Safety.
