JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (AP) — A touchdown pass from Kade Bell to D'Andre Randle with 39 seconds to play completed a fourth-quarter comeback that lifted Jacksonville over Penn 34-31 on Saturday. It was Bell's fourth TD pass of the game and the first win over an Ivy League opponent by Jacksonville. The final touchdown, with a 2-point conversion run by Ulysses Bryant, capped a 15-0 fourth-quarter rally for the Dolphins (2-1).
