Disgraced former officer Jeffrey Walker has said he and then-colleague Linwood Norman made a plan with Norman's nephew to intervene in a drug deal involving four kilos of cocaine. A prosecutor giving closing arguments in a Philadelphia police corruption case says the defendants thought their crimes "would never see the light of day" because they carried badges. Walker and the drug suspects say the squad routinely stole drug money, abused suspects and lied on search warrants and in court testimony.
