The Wichita Eagle (http://bit.ly/1XYifED ) reports the Wichita Fire Department Battalion Chief Scott Brown says Saturday’s search for the boy, who disappeared Friday night while trying to cross a creek, took 14 hours. Sunday’s search will expand beyond the creek, which is not flooded anymore, to the Arkansas River. Rain is in the forecast for the Wichita area Sunday. ___ 12:20 a.m. At least three people are still missing after torrential rain in Texas and Kansas this week led to flooding rivers, washed out roads and left four people dead. In Kansas, the search for a missing 11-year-old boy was suspended late Saturday because of darkness and the fatigue of first responders, according to Wichita Fire Department battalion chief Scott Brown.
