By Kyle Adams Gazette Reporter As community leaders leaders gathered Friday morning outside the Parrott House on Main Street in Schoharie to mark the fourth anniversary of Tropical Storm Irene, they had to speak over the sounds of remodeling behind them —and those were very welcome sounds.
