Vote for Neogy for School CommitteeTypically, organizations follow Robert’s Rules of Order by approving the minutes of each meeting at the beginning of the next regular meeting. In contrast, Winchester’s School Committee (SC) has a laissez faire approach. They hold 3-5 meetings and then “batch” approve the minutes. The time lapse between the actual SC meeting date and approval of minutes ranges from 6 to 10 weeks.
