Letter: Pitch In, Pick Up Litter

Regarding Cheryl Majeske’s Nov. 30 letter, “Make city clean, inviting,” I feel exactly the same way. I moved to Vancouver in July and noticed bottles, cans, wrappers, and bags on many sidewalks and roadsides. It appears there are not enough trash receptacles. On occasional walks, I carry a bag and gloves to pick trash up.
