Letter: Take Stand Against Offshore Drilling

I read the Associated Press story “Tribes’ suit: Trump illegally approved oil pipeline” (Sept. 11, The Columbian) and I heard about offshore drilling in Washington through Oceana at the Peace and Justice Fair in Vancouver. I support this environmental justice cause, endorsed by our youth and young adults in the “No to offshore drilling” campaign, in Washington, along the East Coast, and anywhere in the world. It is our call to take a stand on caring for our environment, for our own lives and the coming generations to enjoy.
