Letter: Winchester Boat Club Zoning Issues

With regard to the ZBA rejection of the Winchester Boat Club’s plans to build a storage shed on its land, it’s worth noting the irony of the ZBA’s rejection based largely on a perceived lack of community benefit.It would be too easy to bill this as a classic “David vs Goliath” struggle, with the Boat Club imposing its size to purposefully oppress its neighbors for its own gain.
