KINGSPORT — If there were a mass casualty incident in Kingsport, the community would not want to rely on just one hospital, Ballad Health Executive Chairman, President and CEO Alan Levine told the Kingsport Lions Club Tuesday night. “If you have a mass casualty (incident), you can’t rely on one hospital,” Levine told club members.
