Frank Jackson enjoyed a Hall of Fame moment or two during his AFL career with first the Dallas Texans and then the Kansas City Chiefs.Jackson was a bit of a throwaway as a 19th-round pick by the Texans out of SMU in the 1961 AFL draft -- a long shot to make the 35-player roster of a team coming off a runner-up finish in the Western Division in the league's inaugural season.
