An SUV went up in flames inside the Lincoln Tunnel on Sunday night, causing major delays as authorities shut down all lanes of the major thoroughfare’s center tube. The Volvo SUV caught fire in the tunnel around 5:04 p.m., and the blaze was extinguished by 5:10 p.m., a Port Authority spokesman said.
