Live Coverage: State Of The City Address From Mayor John Suthers

Scores of Colorado Springs elite descended upon The Broadmoor Friday morning to hear what strides the city has made in the past year and to brace for the challenges ahead. Early for his stage time, Mayor John Suthers walked in to Broadmoor Hall about 10:45 a.m., no doubt preparing for the State of the City address he is scheduled to present later in the morning. During the address Suthers is expected to speak on the relationship between his office and the City Council, the city's investment in infrastructure and job creation. He will also identify and explain the city's priorities moving forward and any hardships he sees in the future. Suthers' address will be in at 11:30 a.m.
