By William Moore Daily Journal TUPELO – A Tupelo attorney could have his law license pulled when the state supreme court hears a complaint against him in August. Kirk Tharp is accused of creating a fake subpoena in February 2011, forging the name of Monroe County Circuit Clerk Ronnie Boozer and having it delivered to compel a prospective witness to appear in court.
