Lockdown Ends At Gaithersburg Elementary

Gaithersburg Elementary School is no longer on lockdown, following police activity near the school.The lockdown started when a man ran to the school for safety. He said he had been leaving an apartment complex near the school, when he was approached by a group of four people. They talked, and one man in the group then lifted his shirt, letting the man see what appeared to be the butt of a gun in his waistband, according to Gaithersburg police spokesman Dan Lane.Read full article >>
