The Nevada Highway Patrol has identified a Logan man and woman who died when their SUV drifted off an Interstate 80 overpass, collided with a guard rail and then rolled. Trooper Jim Stewart said Richard Beaumont, 38, was driving the eastbound 1995 Ford Explorer near Wells, Nev., about 1 a.m. on Sunday when the accident occurred.
