Based on reports they read in magazines and brochures, they decided that Cincinnati, with its low cost of living, access to arts and the outdoors, and strong schools, would be a good place to live.

A former hotel owner in LoDo has been charged with defrauding the federal government by lying on loan applications and then using the public money for personal purchases. Amin Suliaman, 47, was arrested in Miami on Tuesday, one week after a federal grand jury indicted him on four counts of wire fraud.

S. drug policy. A proposed rule sent to the federal register recognizes the medical uses of cannabis and acknowledges it has less potential for abuse than some of the nation’s most dangerous drugs.
