If Mark Mindel spots them Thursday morning while he's running the Thanksgiving Day race for the 48th consecutive year, he'll know Dan Larson's streak remains one year longer than his."I know if I see Dan there, he will still be wearing those old Yale sweat pants, and I know that he'll still have the longer streak," Mindel said with a laugh.Asked about the tattered gear, Larson said he just appreciates being noticed."I started wearing the sweat shirt and sweat pants at this race in 1969," he boasted.
