Lowell Man With Bank Robbery Record Charged With Holdup At Atm

LOWELL -- A 34-year-old Lowell man with a record of bank robberies is accused of brandishing a knife to rob a person depositing money at an ATM in Lowell last Tuesday and then making his escape on a bicycle.
