Resignations of elected officials have left vacant city council seats in two Macomb County communities -- and a third town may soon experience a similar situation.Vacancies were created by resignations of Eastpointe Councilwoman Wendy Richardson and Councilman Bill Morelli in Fraser. Both communities are accepting applications from residents interested in serving out the remainder of the terms.
