Published 1:17 pm, Thursday, February 7, 2013 A man accused of luring women into prostitution by giving them crack cocaine and then assaulting them if they didn't follow his orders has been arrested. Two unidentified women, ages 35 and 26, told authorities he coerced them into prostitution by giving them food, clothing and shelter, along with drugs.
