A man was arrested at Territory Days in Old Colorado City Saturday night, accused of biting a Colorado Springs officer. Citizens reported a belligerent, intoxicated man was harassing people. An officer working security at the event contacted the man who then left. Shortly after, police said the man reappeared and became aggressive when the officer contacted him again. The suspect, Robert Martel, bit the officer's hand twice when the officer tried to arrest him, police said.
