Man Arrested In Fatal Shooting Outside North Tulsa Home; Victim Identified

Earnest Williams, 40, was taken into custody after Checotah Police spotted his Chevrolet Impala driving near Haskell, Tulsa homicide Sgt. Dave Walker said in a news release.
